About Me

I am currently a Ph.D. student at the School of Mathematical Sciences, Xiamen University (XMU). I am a member of Graphics@XMU, working under the supervision of Prof. Juan Cao and Prof. Zhonggui Chen. My research interests lie in Mesh Processing for Computer Graphics.

I received an M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU) in 2026. My previous research focused on Computer-Aided Geometric Design (CAGD), particularly the construction and applications of polygonal domain surfaces and polyhedral domain volumes, under the supervision of Prof. Chongyang Deng.

I received a B.Mgt. degree in Information Management and Information Systems from Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU) in 2022. During undergraduate studies, fueled by a passion for programming, I independently learned multiple programming languages and explored a broad range of topics in computer science. This self-directed learning not only broadened my technical horizons but also established a robust foundation for my future academic development. In 2022, due to the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, I was unable to return to Hangzhou after completing an internship at SI-TECH in Chengdu. Consequently, I missed the opportunity to attend the graduation photo session, which remains one of my great regrets. After half a year of dedicated preparation, I was admitted to a master's program and documented parts of the graduate entrance examination journey through videos on my Bilibili channel (@gezeqi). I firmly believes that if given the chance to return to my alma mater, I will continue to pursue my academic dreams in this hallowed land of learning.

• Jul 2026: I will attend SIGGRAPH 2026 in Los Angeles, where I will present our paper, C⁰ Generalized Coons Volumes over Arbitrary Polyhedra, and present PR-Cage: Progressive Feasibility Relaxation for Tight Bounding Cage Generation on behalf of its authors.🎉
